As the dust settles

Nitendae sits back against the, now precariously suspended, dragon skull.
He is once again amazed at the lethal devastation caused by his two friends, the dragon bitch-girl practically split in two by Bastion and he can see first hand the damage wrought by Volkon on the skull.
As he peers over the side he is glad to see the feisty Sereena alive, all be it bruised and bloody. He wonders how long before she pulls away from where she is resting against Marlon and resume her tough street girl act.
He scans the room and is saddened by the amount of orc bodies strewn around, since hearing more of the history of Fissa and his own encounters with Omoola and Ludrum he has begun to admire the orcs. Not too bright but fiercely loyal, they deserve their trophy for the sacrifices they keep making in the battle to defend Fissa.
He thinks ahead to the unavoidable audience with the stubborn orc King, he hopes that they can convince him of the need to protect the skull in such away that it can never be used by the Drow or Black cloaks.
Also that their own involvement was honorable and totally acceptable.
First though he might look out the cantankerous old bag Isak and crack open one of those bottles of wine...

  1. So Nitendae is developing a respect for the 'Nobel savages' and Bastien is developing a taste for blood and vengence...
I wonder what character development Volkon is going through?
