Spoils

Treasure list from the last adventure

From the Gnolls
20 gp, 34sp 127cp
2 golden wedding bands

From the black Cloaks
108gp, 66sp, 48cp
6 potions of invisibility
6 spell books

From the Crossbow men
72gp 30sp 12cp
Studded leather armour x6
Masterwork Crossbow x6
Lonsword x6
Shield x6

From the 2 Knights
Masterwork Full plate armour
+1 Longsword
+1 Heavy Shields
2 Warhorses with Chainmail
2 Master work lances
(No money mentioned)

Akbar's War-horse
Magic Lance +2
Chain armour +1
Magical horseshoes of the Zephyr

Akbar
Full-plate armour of improved silence +3
Longsword +3 of Mighty Cleaving
Light crossbow +2 of Seeking
Ring of chameleon power
(No money mentioned)
And, of course, the Slippers of Flangharaaalaan

Clearly the 3 horses were left behind with all their magic.  We could have put the magic lance and horseshoes into Isaac - but we didn't.
I also think we wouldn't have taken the mundane weapons and armour - again we could have put them into Isaac but we didn't say we did (did we?).
Demitasse and Bastien did keep a Masterwork Crossbow each though.
We also burned through most if not all of the 6 potions of invisibility.

So that leaves us with

200gp, 130sp, 187cp
+ 2000gp each down-payment for getting the slippers
2 golden wedding bands

Full-plate armour of improved silence +3
Longsword +3 of Mighty Cleaving
Light crossbow +2 of Seeking
Ring of chameleon power
Masterwork Full plate armour
+1 Longsword
+1 Heavy Shields
1 potion of invisibility?
6 spell books
2 Masterwork Crossbows (Demitasse and Bastien)
and a Magical "Boon" *each* worth up to 30,000gp!

  1. Hurrah!
I'll try to write something in the next few days for Bastien to explain his actions!

  2. Thanks for doing that Assif.
I have no pressing desire for any of the magic items. Seerina might find the ring handy. So unless Volkon or Bastien find any of it useful we can sell it all.
    Shame that we forget Isaac.

  3. Selling a Spellbook Captured spellbooks can be sold for a gp amount equal to one-half the cost of purchasing and inscribing the spells within (that is, onehalf of 100 gp per page of spells). A spellbook entirely filled with spells (that is, with one hundred pages of spells inscribed in it) is worth 5,000 gp.
We need to know whats in them..

  4. Bastien would probably like the +3 plate once he's checked out what 'Improved Silence' is. Then Marlon can have Bastien's hand-me-down +1 plate.

Is the longsword no good for Nite?
Might be handy for Demitasse? The shields might be good for Demitasse in some way?
If not, sell it and get a nice magic weapon for Nite with the proceeds - we want more back-stabby goodness!

  5. Blimey, you were speedy!
The wedding bands were only worth 10gp each but had great sentimental value.
You got TWO +1 Long swords and Two +1 Heavy metal shields.
The six spell books are of low level and are only worth 250gp each.
Sereena would LOVE the Ring of Chameleon Power.
Marlon would be very grateful for Bastien's old magic platemail.
Demitasse can't use swords but he'd really like a magic shield +3 to battle with/hide behind.
'Improved silence' means that the armour grants you +10 on 'Move Silently' rolls.
Despite liking his Magic +1 War-hammer, Marlon could use the Longsword of Mighty Cleaving. He doesn't have the 'Cleave' feat yet but could easily choose it at 6th (next) level?

  6. Oh wait... You didn't list Akbar's heavy metal shield +3 of bashing!
I'll check if anything else was left off.
(If it was there, you got it.)

  7. I must have missed you mentioning it.
    But we'll take it anyhow!
Also, you didn't say if he (or indeed the Knights) had any money ...

  8. I'll check...
Also, it was a small metal shield of bashing +3.
Akbarr (would have) used it as an off-hand weapon.
    :S

  9. OK, checked everything and Assif was right; there was a bit more...
Lord Akbarr did indeed has a Light metal spiked shield of bashing +3
And the three knights had a total coin purse treasure of:
    55pp / 302gp / 186sp but no copper. it's beneath them.
    :)
